Gravis

It's really hard for me to dislike Gravis when Dylan Reider is repping them.

Javier Mendizabel is on the team now too, which is rad

Well, me and some of friends decided to take advantage of this MLK day and have a little trip to some parks in the valley.

Here's Dave, all ready to shred Goodyear in the early hours of the morning.

Austin doing some wierd shit out the window.

When we arrived at our destination in Goodyear, we were bummed to see that the park didn't open until noon, and it was 8:45.

Here's Brandon, looking rather downtrodden after reading the sign.

So we decided to move on to one of the newer parks in the valley called X-Court.

X-Court is definately X-treme!!!!

This park is pretty awesome. Everything is pretty much huge... Its Burley!

We pulled up to the park a few minutes before it was scheduled to open and everyone was pretty psyched to start skating.

Especially Mr. Oman, who had just come off a recent injury: Massive Griptape Thumb

Here's the bloodstains that were on his griptape. He's a gnarly guy.

We waited around for the park ranger to show up and unlock the gate, but he never did so we called up the parks and rec center, only to find out that the park would not be open for MLK day. Now that's definately not what Dr. King would've wanted!!! So we decided to DGAF it and hop the fence. We got a good session in before the cops caught on to us and we took off to hit up Peoria's Rio Vista park.

Brandon got into a stalking escapade with a middle aged woman at a McDonalds before getting to the skatepark. LOLZ!

Had a good time there and then left for the East Valley to end the day at the infamous, private indoor skatepark; Desert Dingos.

It was a pretty swell trip, unfortunatley my camera turned to shit halfway through, which meant minimal coverage, haha, bummer.

There may be a video posted up later from the footage we got today..
